Clearwater International advises SIKOM Danmark on its sale to Prosero Security Group

Clearwater International has advised SIKOM Danmark, a leading integrated security and surveillance solutions installer and supplier, on its sale to Prosero Security Group, a leader in the area of tech-based security in northern Europe.

Founded in 1997, SIKOM Danmark has established itself as the market leader within security solutions for larger private and public clients, such as the Danish National Police, Danish Armed Forces, and National Prison Service. The company offers advanced integrated high-security solutions with CCTV-surveillance, alarm systems, digital key systems, drone detection, and perimeter security.

Prosero Security Group was founded in 2017, as a consolidation of several leading Nordic security companies and consists today of more than 80 companies divided into more than 150 locations, servicing over 80,000 clients.

The acquisition of SIKOM Danmark is a key part of Prosero Security Groups’ strategy to strengthen its presence in the Danish market. In the new partnership, SIKOM Danmark will have the opportunity to further expand its client portfolio, offering high-security solutions to the entire northern region.
