I have more than 15 years' experience working on cross-border M&A and corporate advisory in China, and have been involved in 35 transactions in recent years. I hold several directorships on Chinese joint ventures, and at global organisations such as the European Chamber of Commerce in China. I previously worked for Credit Suisse and Sinclair Roche & Temperley.
