For over 20 years, I have been assisting private equity investors, SMEs and corporations in the execution of complex M&A and financing transactions.

With our global reach and consistent sector focus, we are excellently positioned to exceed our clients' expectations for global market access and specific industry know-how. Consequently, our advisory approach specifically meets the requirements of private equity investors, who now account for about half of our completed transactions.

In collaboration with our debt advisory team, I am responsible for the expansion of our German-speaking private equity activities.

In addition, I lead the consumer sector for the DACH region where I use my extensive sector experience from historical transactions. Rapid changes in end-user consumer behaviour mean that manufacturers and retailers need to continuously adapt business processes, especially with regard to digital business models. This transformation across the consumer and food & beverage sectors presents both a challenge and a fascination for me.

Together with another 25 sector specialists worldwide, we use the experience of over 200 consumer transactions to develop tailor-made client solutions.

I started my corporate finance career in 1997 with Arthur Andersen in Frankfurt. In 2000, I co-founded the German mid-market boutique @VISORY partners, which merged with Clearwater International in early 2016.

I studied business administration at the University of Giessen and Edinburgh and qualified as chartered accountant.
