Andrea Pagliara

Profile

I founded the Italian office in 2016, with 15 years’ experience in corporate finance. Before founding Clearwater’s Italian office, I was head of the consumer goods sector for the international M&A network Globalscope, and worked at Palladio Corporate Finance, as a Director and member of the Board of Directors.

I was awarded an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business with a specialisation in Financial Markets in 2004 by Bocconi University of Milan, after studying at US universities and the London School of Economics.

In my career I’ve been working across a variety of sectors from food and consumer goods, to tech and industrials, advising both international and Italian clients on sell- and buy-side transactions. Key transaction highlights include the sale of digital consulting company Doing to Capgemini, the sale of helicopters’ maintenance service station Helicopters Italia to Airbus Group and the acquisition of bakery group Monviso on behalf of Cerea Partenaire Private Equity.

I also sit on the Board of Directors of various consumer goods companies.
