Clearwater International advises Eurovo Group on the acquisition of the poultry farming division from Avril Group
Clearwater International has advised Eurovo Group (Eurovo), the European leader in egg production, sales and egg transformation, on the acquisition of the poultry farming division of Avril Group (Avril).
Based in Italy, Eurovo is the European leader in egg production, and sales, as well as egg transformation. In 2021 the group generated a turnover of over €700m.
Avril is an international agro-industrial group based in France, specialising in food, animal feed, energy and sustainable chemistry.
With the acquisition of five poultry farms and approximately 600,000 hens, Eurovo which is already present in France through its subsidiary Liot will strengthen its local footprint to become a leader in egg products in France.
