Clearwater International advises Fruition IT on its investment from Erisbeg

Clearwater International has advised Fruition IT (consisting of Fruition IT Recruitment and Fruition IT Consulting) on its investment from Erisbeg; a transaction that will support Fruition IT through its next phase of growth.

The Leeds-based group was founded and launched in 2008 by Sarah Pawson, who will remain as Managing Director, leading the business through this exciting new chapter.

Sourcing and placing the most sought-after top-tech talent, whilst supporting and building technology solutions, Fruition IT has developed a complete technology consulting and talent service for large enterprises, SMEs, and start-ups. Averaging 500 placements a year across both permanent and contract positions, its clients include ASDA, Flutter Entertainment plc and TransUnion.

Fruition IT achieved organic turnover of €59m (£51.4m) in 2022, through an unwavering commitment to its clients, genuine agility and accurate investment in the right people, processes, and technology. Its ability to advise, source, manage and deliver the full recruitment solution has built, grown and restructured the technology teams of a diverse portfolio of customers, receiving 94.5% 5-star candidate satisfaction reviews, with the remaining 5.5% rating 4-star.

Erisbeg’s investment will allow Fruition IT to deliver its services to an even larger global footprint with scope to enter new markets. Fruition IT has big plans to grow its team by 60% over the next 12 months, recruiting an additional 20 specialists. It will continue expanding its client base across the UK and US, whilst staying committed to its core values of pride, energy, and perseverance.

As part of the investment, Fruition IT will be joining forces with one of Erisbeg’s existing investments in Ireland’s leading technology recruitment company, Eolas. Clearwater International’s team in Ireland advised on the sale of Eolas to Erisbeg.
