I am a Senior Associate in the M&A team, based in our Leeds office. I joined Clearwater International in 2021 and have since advised on a number of transactions across TMT, Business Services and Healthcare. My recent transactions include the sale of BCN to ECI, the sale of ContentCal to Adobe and the sale of Estio to BPP.

Prior to joining the business, I spent over three years at KPMG in its Audit practice where I obtained my ACA and achieved the 2^nd highest mark in my region for the advance examinations. I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in History with First Class honours.
