I am a Director in the Debt Advisory team working out of the Manchester office. My role is to source finance for a range of corporate transactions including MBOs, cash outs and acquisition financing. I am responsible for liaising between funders and clients ensuring optimum solutions are achieved for our clients and their needs.
I joined Clearwater in 2018, prior to which I spent 27 years at Barclays Bank. During my latter years at Barclays, I provided debt finance solutions on a large spectrum of corporate transactions including private equity, Large corporate revolving credit facilities and bilateral and club facilities for private businesses. I am confident this experience will assist me in assisting clients going forwards.
