I focus on the TMT sector at Clearwater International having joined the firm in 2014. I have over 13 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, institutional shareholders, corporates and management teams on company sales, acquisitions and buy-outs and in that time have completed nearly 50 transactions including advising the shareholders of Netmums, MacDonald Humfrey, Mandata and Centriq Group.

I really enjoy and am passionate about what I do because I work with a variety of businesses, meeting passionate and often inspiring people and working with them to realise their objectives which are commonly life-changing events. As my old chairman used to say, ‘it’s easy to do deals on a spreadsheet but it’s people that make them interesting’.
