I am a Corporate Finance Partner within the Business Services sector based at the Leeds office. I joined Clearwater International in 2019, having previously worked at Grant Thornton and EY in the UK and Australia. I joined Clearwater International because of the culture, the opportunity to establish an office in Yorkshire and the North-East and to bring sector and international expertise to clients in the region.

I have advised on over 50 deals across my career, including owner-managed businesses, large corporates and Private Equity. Recent deals include advising LDC on their investment into Global Autocare, the sale of Lifterz to Speedy Hire Plc and advising the founder of Sigma on partnering with Three Hills Capital Partners.

I have worked in the Corporate Finance industry for 19 years and hold a degree in Economics and Human Geography from Loughborough University.
