Clearwater wins UK Corporate Finance House of the Year at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2024
Clearwater International has been named UK Corporate Finance House of the Year at the Real Deals Private Equity awards, following an impressive 12 months of activity. Clearwater was also shortlisted under the European Corporate Finance House of the Year category at this year’s ceremony.
the firm’s PE transaction volume grew by 7% from the previous year
Despite tougher market conditions, the firm’s PE transaction volume grew by 7% from the previous year, reflecting Clearwater’s growing market presence and the strength of its sponsor coverage across the UK.
Throughout the year the team’s achievements across PE have been highlighted at other industry awards, such as Insider Dealmakers and Business Desk Rainmakers, with several Clearwater deals involving PE also receiving awards and nominations.
Over the last 12 months, Clearwater has continued to invest across the firm, including the sponsor coverage team, the launch of its ESG pre-transaction advisory service, and the Modelling and Data Analytics team.
Clearwater previously received the Corporate Finance House of the Year trophy at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards in 2021.
