Clearwater International wins Large Business Corporate Finance Team of the Year at the North West Insider Dealmakers 2021
Clearwater International’s Manchester team are celebrating after being awarded the Large Business Corporate Finance Team of the Year award at the North West Insider Dealmakers 2021. The annual awards recognise the professional community’s commitment to clients across the region.

During the qualifying period, the Manchester team were involved in more than 30 transactions with a combined deal value of £1.8bn. The North West office has a strong debt advisory and industrial and chemicals foothold and through Clearwater’s international footprint, including its partnership with US KeyBanc Capital Markets the team are able to provide clients with a complete service.
The award follows a number of strong deal completions including advising Ellis Whittam on its sale to Marlow Plc, advising LDC and management on the sale of ChargePoint Technology to Arcline Investment Management and advising WJ Group on its strategic partnership with THI Investments.
Clearwater International’s newly-promoted Director Zack Goddard was also shortlisted for Emerging Dealmaker of the Year and was highly commended by the judging panel at the ceremony for his contribution over the last 12 months.
