Clearwater International advises CTH on a joint venture with VION
Clearwater International has advised Combinatie Teijsen van den Hengel (CTH), on entering into a joint venture partnership with VION N.V. subsidiary Sonac, a leading producer of sustainable ingredients for food, feed & pet food, fertiliser, plus oleochemical and pharmaceutical markets worldwide.
CTH is responsible for the processing and sale of natural sausage casings and slaughterhouse by-products. Headquartered in Almere in the Netherlands, with a workforce of over 500 employees, the company has production sites in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and China.
VION is an internationally operating food group producing high-quality foods and ingredients for human and animal consumption. The group consists of three internationally operating divisions including Ingredients, Fresh Meat, and Convenience. VION has an annual turnover of over €7.4bn and over 15,000 employees worldwide.
