Clearwater International has advised Garantell, a leading manufacturer of steel mesh solutions, on its sale to Troax, an innovative provider of steel mesh panel solutions.

Garantell is a Swedish industrial company specialising in designing, manufacturing, and distributing customised mesh decks, mesh panels, and safety solutions for industrial as well as commercial applications. The company boasts an automated, order-driven production, with a turnover of approximately €35m.

Since 1955, Troax has been developing and refining steel mesh panels, focusing on safety solutions for industrial and commercial activities. Its products are now globally recognised.
