Biographie
I lead our debt advisory function across the Midlands and joined Clearwater in 2016 having had roles in banking, advisory and industry over the last 20 years. This experience gives me insight into the different sides of any deal.
At Clearwater, I’m able to advise a varied client base on a range of situations including acquisitions, management buy-outs and refinancings. Every client and situation requires a bespoke approach and a deep knowledge of the relevant liquidity markets. Debt markets are more interesting than ever before with an ever wider range of lenders able to provide varied structures to fit our client’s needs.
I have been fortunate to advise some fantastic clients including private equity investors such as Beech Tree Private Equity and LDC, and management teams at companies including GRS, Teacher Active and Wavenet.
