Biographie

I’m an Associate Director in the debt advisory team and I joined Clearwater in 2017, having previously worked at Lloyds and EY for 9 years across both Leveraged Finance and Assurance Services. I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.

At Clearwater, I’ve worked on a number of transactions across multiple sectors, participating in detailed negotiations to deliver a debt package which suits the needs of our stakeholders. I enjoy working closely with management teams and sponsors to understand their business and guide them through their funding process. During my time in debt advisory and leveraged finance, I’ve been involved in over 25 transactions.
