Clearwater International announces the appointment of Italy’s Vice Chairman
Clearwater International announces the appointment of Davide Mereghetti as Vice Chairman in Italy, further strengthening its team in the region.
Davide recently joined Clearwater International's Italian team at an exciting time for the firm and as part of its continued growth trajectory path in the region and across Europe, since its merger with Clearwater in 2019 and the arrival of Marco Morfino as Managing Partner in 2022.
With extensive experience in corporate finance, Davide worked at various companies such as Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank before spending over twenty years at UniCredit. During this time, he played a key role in founding the Investment Banking division and took on several challenging roles, including Head of Investment Banking for Italy and Global Head of Family Office.

Davide is a board member of multiple leading finance companies and has also served as a CEO for two significant companies in the construction industry, leading their industrial and financial restructuring.
