I joined Clearwater International in 2023 from Carnegie Investment Bank as Partner, responsible for Western Sweden. I bring extensive experience from public/private M&A and capital market transactions, having spent around 13 years in Nordic investment banking.

Since I started in investment banking, I have worked across various sub-sectors within tech, healthcare, business services, consumer, and industrials, where I have gained valuable insights and relationships, that I can bring forward for new clients. A selection of transactions from the past five to six years includes the sale of Progrits to Axcel, the public offer for Cary Group by CVC and Nordic Capital, the sale of Livio to KKR-backed GeneraLife, the sale of Euroflorist to an investor consortium, the IPO of Byggfakta Group by Stirling Square and TA Associates, adviser to the board of Klövern in the public offer by Corem, MTG rights issue, the IPO of Nordic Paper, the sale of Aviator Group to Avia Solutions Group, the capital raises for Lendify, the set-off issue in Karolinska Development, the acquisition of Cambio by Investcorp, the public offer for Stendörren by EQT, the sale of Borgstena Group to DUAL, the Beijer Electronics Group rights issue, the acquisition of Docu Nordic by Stirling Square, and more.

I will leverage my broad experience and perspectives to provide tailored and high-value-add advisory to Clearwater's clients, assisting them in reaching their ideal future end game, with a particular focus on sell-side advisory for entrepreneurs and family-owned companies. Every situation is unique, and I will strive to provide advice that results in the optimal mix for each specific client in terms of valuation, transaction structure, confidentiality, deal certainty, and job security for employees. I will make sure that we find the buyer/partner with the highest potential for enabling long-term value creation across internationalisation, M&A, product/service extension, digitalisation, sustainability, sales efficiency, purchasing, and recruitment.

I hold BSc/MSc degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management, with a specialisation in Management and Economics of Innovation, from Chalmers University of Technology, and BSc/MSc degrees in Economics, with a specialisation in Finance from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at Gothenburg University.
