Clearwater International has advised Waterland Private Equity (Waterland) and its portfolio company, Carton Group GmbH (Carton Group) on raising finance to support the acquisitions of Europoligrafico S.p.A. (Europoligrafico) and noble-pac GmbH (noble-pac), both specialised manufacturers of packaging solutions, as well as design specialists Wrapology International Ltd. (Wrapology) and Duncan SA (Duncan).

Founded in 1920 and headquartered in Verona, Italy, Europoligrafico is a supplier of packaging solutions for the food, beverage, and cosmetic industries.

Founded in 2008, in Düren, Germany, noble-pac has a strong presence in the field of sustainable, premium packaging solutions for the consumer goods industry, particularly in the confectionery and household goods sectors.

Wrapology, headquartered in London, UK, is a pioneer in bespoke, sustainable, and exceptional luxury packaging. Well-known for its profound understanding of branding, the company is distinguished by its excellent design and use of high-quality materials, in addition to managing demanding supply chain environments.

Duncan, located in Welwyn Garden City near London, UK, was founded in 1889 and serves a wide range of clients, from startups and design agencies to blue-chip companies, including those in the health, beauty, personal care, food, and beverage sectors, with a focus on promotional packaging.
