Clearwater International has advised Siber Zone S.L., a leading Spanish manufacturer and distributor of mechanical ventilation systems and technologies, on its sale to Cristian Abelló’s new firm, Quarza Inversiones.
Siber Zone S.L., based in Les Franqueses del Vallés, was founded in 2006 and now employs over 70 staff members. Siber Zone S.L. has strong expertise as a designer, manufacturer and distributor of intelligent, mechanical and hybrid ventilation systems and technologies. The company offers high quality, versatile and sustainable products that play a fundamental role in energy efficiency (heat recovery) and improving health and comfort for people through air purification.
Quarza Inversiones is a recently established inversion vehicle founded by Cristian Abelló. Quarza Inversiones has interest in diverse industries, targeting flexible and adaptable companies with over €3M EBITDA .
Quarza Inversiones’ main purpose with Siber is to expand its growth to other countries and to other markets, both through acquisitions or through organic growth.
