Clearwater International advises Falck on its cross-border disposal of Falck UK Ambulance to Ambulnz UK, a subsidiary of the Nasdaq-listed DocGo

Clearwater International has advised Falck, a leading international provider of integrated healthcare services, on its disposal of Falck UK Ambulance to Ambulnz UK LTD., a subsidiary of the Nasdaq-listed DocGo Inc.

Falck UK Ambulance is a non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS) provider supporting Clinical Commissioning Groups, Health Boards and NHS Trusts across the UK. The company was acquired by Falck in 2013 and has been a key player within the UK NEPTS market during this period, completing c.600,000 journeys for its patients and NHS clients each year.

The acquirer, Ambulnz UK, is the UK-based subsidiary of DocGo, whose pioneering mission is to mobilise healthcare, offering urgent at-home patient care, telemedicine services, integrated medical transportation and actively investing in a technological future of healthcare. The acquisition of Falck UK Ambulance will enable Ambulnz UK to strengthen its patient transport offering and continue to focus on building long-term business success for services in the UK.

The sale permits Falck to focus its attention on the core strategic areas of healthcare and emergency health and safety services.
