Clearwater International has advised EY, a leader in professional and consultancy services, on its acquisition of IPQ Tecnologie S.r.l. (IPQ Tecnologie), an Italian consultancy firm.
Founded in 1992, IPQ Tecnologie specialises in the implementation and maintenance of certifiable management systems, project development, technical training, and personal growth courses as well as legislative and compliance analysis in the areas of safety, environment, and products. Since its inception, the company has responded to the growing attention paid to system and product quality, providing important know-how and vertical expertise to the growing demands of the Italian market, marking a progressive expansion of the service offering within the fields of safety, environment, product marking, and training.
With the completion of this acquisition, EY continues to grow the Financial Accounting Advisory Services division, which has over 360 professionals located in offices across Italy, as well as contributing to the integration of specialised services, providing more value for the client.
