Clearwater International advises Cannock-EDR on its sale to Axiom Partners
Clearwater International has advised Cannock-EDR, provider of credit management activities for the legal aid service provider, DAS Holding N.V. (DAS), on its sale to private equity company, Axiom Partners.
Cannock-EDR is a Dutch credit management company focused on optimising credit processes for their clients.
DAS provide legal aid services in the Netherlands, ranging from assistance regarding business conflicts to dismissals. They handled approximately 115,000 legal cases in 2020 and employ around 800 people. Clearwater supported DAS on their strategic decision making regarding the future of their credit management activities and preparations leading towards the transaction process.
Axiom Partners is a Switzerland-based private equity company, with offices in the Netherlands and the UK and are active in over 10 countries.
