I joined Clearwater International in 2023 in Paris, as a Director. Prior to this, I gained 12 years of experience through working at Rothschild & Co, Crédit Agricole CIB, and Natixis. This includes being involved in various transactions across sell-side, buy-side, LBOs, public offers, mergers, IPOs, fundraising, and financing. During my tenure in M&A, I have successfully supported clients on over 30 announced large-cap and mid-cap deals.
Throughout my career, I have carried out numerous transactions for a diverse range of clients, including corporates of all sizes, both publicly listed and private, alongside private equity funds. My expertise spans across multiple sectors with a strong focus on consumer goods, retail, luxury, wine and spirits, agri-food, hospitality, catering, leisure, and healthcare.
I decided to join Clearwater for its reputation, entrepreneurial culture, size of team, dynamic work environment, and international footprint. The opportunity to advise clients on complex and unique transactions is highly intriguing, stimulating and rewarding.
In addition, I graduated from ESCP Europe Grande Ecole Program with a Major in Corporate Finance, following a two-year preparatory class at Franklin Saint-Louis de Gonzague.
