I am a Senior Associate in the Consumer, M&A team at Clearwater International, having joined the firm in December 2023.

Prior to joining Clearwater, I was an investment banking associate at Cameron Partners, the global alliance partner of Rothschild & Co. in New Zealand, where I worked across a range of sell-side and buy-side mandates for clients in the hospitality, primary industries, natural resources, healthcare, and business services sectors. Before that, I spent five years as an M&A lawyer at Russell McVeagh, New Zealand’s largest law firm, where I advised on a broad range of large-scale M&A and equity capital market transactions.

Whilst at Russell McVeagh, I completed Level 1 of the CFA certification. I also hold a Bachelor of Laws, with First Class Honours, and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, from the University of Otago.
