I joined Clearwater International in October 2023, as an Analyst based in the Copenhagen office. Prior to this, I worked at a venture fund that invested in technology start-ups in the US.
My current role includes conducting market research, performing valuations, and the preparation of sales materials. By assisting on numerous transactions, I have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of companies and industries, allowing me to acquire valuable insights into the deal process. Working alongside highly experienced and dedicated colleagues also enables me to develop my skillset within M&A, including strategic analysis and financial modelling.
One of the things that attracted me to Clearwater was the size of the organisation, as it allows for closer interaction with senior professionals compared to larger players. This offers the opportunity to take on a wider variety of tasks, which I greatly appreciate, especially as I am in the early stages of my career. The business also places a strong emphasis on social activities, which I look forward to participating in, as I believe it’s a great way to strengthen relationships with colleagues.
In addition, I’m studying for a MSc in Finance & Strategic Management at Copenhagen Business School, after completing a BSc in Project Management and Business Administration there in the summer of 2023.
