I am a Senior Associate based in the Manchester office, having joined Clearwater International in January 2024.
Prior to this, I spent three years at Zeus Capital, working with a variety of clients including private equity-backed, owner-managed, and UK-listed companies. During my time there, I completed a number of transactions including both buy and sell-side, plus cross-border and private equity, in addition to public listings on the London Stock Exchange.
I also spent five years at Grant Thornton, in financial due diligence and M&A advisory teams, where I trained to become an ACA-qualified chartered accountant.
