Clearwater International France advises European Camping Group on the acquisition of Palmiers Ocean

Clearwater International France advises European Camping Group (formerly known as Homair Vacances) and The Carlyle Group, on the acquisition of Palmiers Ocean.

Leading mobile home holiday operator, European Camping Group, to acquire Palmiers Ocean, the renowned French tour operator specialising in mobile home holidays, based in La-Roche-Sur-Yon (Vendee).

The European Camping Group, which experienced growth through multiple acquisitions by The Carlyle Group between 2014 and its delist the year after, has tripled its total revenue to reach €300m in 2018. The company plans to increase its mobile home fleet for the next season to 23,000 units.
