Clearwater International has advised Transparity Solutions (Transparity), a specialist Microsoft Cloud managed services provider, on raising debt facilities from NatWest to support the acquisition of DataShapa, a data and AI specialist. Clearwater’s modelling team supported the management team in presenting the underlying financial performance of the combined group.
