Clearwater International advises Simplicate on its partnership with Blinqx
Clearwater International has advised Simplicate, a leading SaaS player in the Netherlands, on its sale to and roll over in Blinqx, a portfolio company of Hg Capital.
Simplicate offers CRM and project management software to business service providers and, since its founding in 2014, has quickly developed into an established name, with a team of 75 colleagues as well as offices in both Groningen and Amsterdam. The company supports more than 1,500 business and financial service providers, which includes accountants, consultants, architects, engineers, and digital agencies, all in optimising their business operations.
Blinqx is a provider of software solutions that empower service professionals in their growth and success. Blinqx’s software digitises and optimises the processes of more than 100,000 users in various sectors, including mortgage and insurance, banks and financial services, accountancy, legal, government, and service organisations. With a track record of exponential growth since its inception in 2019, Blinqx aims to further expand in Europe.
This collaboration marks an important step in the growth ambitions of both companies. Simplicate’s founders will continue to operate Simplicate independently as a new segment within Blinqx following the acquisition of their shares. They will simultaneously take a stake in Blinqx to continue undertaking business together.
