Clearwater International advises Prodoc on its sale to Nashua
Clearwater International has advised Swedish office automation, document solutions and workflow provider, Prodoc on its sale to Nashuatec.
Prodoc delivers equipment and services for handling information and documents, such as multi-functional printers and photocopiers. Nashua and Prodoc both supply Ricoh products and rank within Ricoh International’s top five independent office automation distributors.
Nashua is the general agent for Nashuatec’s products in South Africa and a part of the Reunert group, a large South African conglomerate.
In the past three years, Prodoc has invested, made acquisitions and grown presenting themselves as a successful platform for continued growth which required investment in order to progress. The investment from Nashua will allow the business to continue on the growth trajectory of the previous three years.
