Clearwater International advises Delmas Investissements et Participations on the acquisition of a majority stake in Acces Industrie

Clearwater has advised Delmas Investissements et Participations (DIP), a family investment group with a focus on the energy, handling, lifting, and transport sectors, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Acces Industrie, a specialist in the rental of aerial work platforms. DIP is investing alongside BNP Paribas Développement, Société Générale Capital Partenaires, Idia, GSO Capital and Irdi, which renewed its support for the company.

Founded in 1997 and based in the Lot-et-Garonne region in southwestern France, Acces Industrie specialises in the rental of aerial work platforms and handling equipment. As a leader among independent suppliers in this field, the company has strengthened its territorial presence and expanded its range of machines over the years. With a diversified customer base of more than 6,000 and annual revenues of €140m, the group operates mainly in the construction sector but is also involved in markets linked to the energy transition, including solar energy, logistics and infrastructure.

DIP is the holding company of an independent family group based in Bordeaux. Thanks to this long-term investment, it will be able to consolidate its local roots and its activities in the lifting and handling equipment rental sector.

Thanks to this transaction, the company aims to pursue its growth, both organically and through acquisitions, in France and internationally.
