As COO of Clearwater, I bring over 25 years of experience in finance and operational leadership roles, with a focus on building high-performance teams, systems, and processes to enable as well as drive growth, alongside setting and implementing strategic direction.
At Clearwater, I will be working alongside all my international colleagues driving improvements and building value across the business.
I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and have subsequently worked as a CFO and COO at a variety of international financial services firms across the advisory and private equity sectors. I graduated from Nottingham University with a BA in Economics.
