Clearwater International has advised Rune Kjeldsen & Co Drift AS (RKC), a landscape services leader, on the sale of a 60% stake to N.V. Deli Maatschappij (Deli Maatschappij), a prominent trading and distribution company.
RKC holds the top position as a supplier of garden timber and log cabins to DIY retailers and garden centres in Norway. Through this transaction, the company joins the Outdoor Life Group of Deli Maatschappij.
The Outdoor Life Group of Deli Maatschappij is a renowned European supplier and manufacturer of garden timber and log cabins to DIY retailers and garden centres. The group markets its products under the brand names Hillhout, Outdoor Life Products, Holgard, Nepro, and Topwood.
By acquiring RKC, Deli’s Outdoor Life Group obtains a leading position in Norway and a steppingstone for further growth in Scandinavia.
