Clearwater International advises the City of Wiesbaden on acquisition of shares in Kraftwerke Mainz-Wiesbaden

Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to the City of Wiesbaden, as shareholder of ESWE Versorgungs GmbH, on the acquisition of 16.6% of the shares of Kraftwerke Mainz-Wiesbaden AG.

Kraftwerke Mainz-Wiesbaden AG is a power generating plant with activities in the production, provision, distribution and disposal of energy resources. With approximately 350 employees, the company realised sales of around €435m in 2007.
