Clearwater International Germany advises Waterland Private Equity on the structuring of acquisition financing
Clearwater International Germany acted as sole financial adviser to Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition financing to support the merger of Within Reach Group, with Waterland’s recently acquired portfolio company Swyx Solutions, to form a leading EU Unified Communication player UCG. The financing consisted of a unitranche facility plus a super senior RCF.
UCG provides software solutions for VoIP (cloud and on-premise solutions) as well as fixed-mobile convergence services and fixed connectivity. The business predominately operates in Germany, the Netherlands and France and is focused on SMEs, using resellers for distribution.
