Clearwater International advises Powerpoint Engineering on its sale to Indutrade

Clearwater International has advised Powerpoint Engineering Limited (Powerpoint), a market leading provider of electrical test, monitoring and safety equipment, and specialist services and training across Europe, on its sale to Indutrade, an international technology and industrial business group that consists of c.200 companies in 30 countries.

Founded in 1996, Powerpoint is a market leading provider of electrical testing and safety solutions that specialises in electrical safety products, services, training, and test equipment for use in high and medium-voltage applications, to protect operators from electrical hazards. The product range includes substation safety equipment, electrical test instruments, energy monitoring equipment, and accessories as well as a comprehensive suite of electrical testing services, training courses, in-house calibration, and repair services.

Powerpoint has a European presence and has over 1,000 active customers, including data centres, generating stations, utility companies, high and medium-voltage specialist contractors, advanced manufacturing plants, wind farms, pharmaceutical companies, and facility management companies.
