Clearwater International advises Nørgaard Anlæg on its sale to Novedo

Clearwater International has advised Nørgaard Anlæg, a turn-key landscape contractor, on its sale to Novedo, a Swedish-based industrial group.

Established in 1979 and headquartered in Ribe, in the southern part of Denmark, Nørgaard Anlæg specialises in infrastructure and environmental ground and construction work, primarily serving the public sector, including municipal energy, water, and sewage companies. The company holds a well-established market position with stable customers and a strong track record in climate-proofing, sewage separation, and green energy transition projects.

Novedo is a Swedish industrial group of B2B companies, operating within the three segments of industry, infrastructure as well as installation and services, employing 1,300 individuals across more than 20 subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, and Estonia. With an active acquisition strategy, Nørgaard Anlæg marks Novedo’s third acquisition in Denmark since November 2022.

With the transaction, Nørgaard Anlæg becomes part of a group of well-established companies, significantly strengthening Novedo’s presence and market position in Denmark by leveraging Nørgaard Anlæg’s extensive experience and competencies.
