Clearwater International advises Freys Express on its sale to Pamica Group

Clearwater International has advised the owners of Freys Express, a leading Swedish provider of moving services specialising in office and household relocations for B2B clients, on its sale to investment company, Pamica Group.

Freys Express offers comprehensive moving services across Sweden, including international relocation to and from the country. The company has 280 employees spread across seven strategically located offices nationwide, with warehouse space of 11,000 square metres and 50 trucks in operation. In 2022, Freys Express achieved a net turnover of over €25m (300m SEK) and serves a multitude of large companies and public organisations in Sweden.

Under Clearwater’s guidance, Freys Express entered a partnership with Pamica Group in October 2023, with the aim of continued growth and establishing itself as the leading player in the moving services market across Scandinavia. Going forward, the management team and founding family will continue to operate within the company.
