Clearwater International advises Apadmi on its investment from CBPE

Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of Apadmi, a leading mobile-first digital transformation consultancy, on its minority investment from CBPE Capital, a mid-market private equity investor.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Manchester, Apadmi builds digital products that solve complex problems across mobile, web and digital platforms, becoming a strategic partner for enterprise-level clients. Underpinned by a focus on mobile, Apadmi delivers award-winning work across strategy, design, development, and managed services.

Over the last three years, Apadmi has doubled in size to a team of over 260 expert consultants, showing of its ability to attract and retain top talent through cultivation of a strong people-first culture.

With CBPE’s investment and support, Apadmi will accelerate its expansion plans across the UK and Europe, a key element of which is the continuation of its buy and build strategy, following the successful acquisition of Amsterdam-based TMC, in 2022.

This transaction continues Clearwater International’s impressive track-record in digital transformation, which includes advising Lutech on its acquisition of Eustema and its subsidiary SoftJam, Investcorp on its investment into NetRom Software, and GCP on its investment into 101 Ways.
