Group of Critical's shareholders acquires 28% stake of Critical Software
Critical Group was founded in 1998 by a group of young entrepreneurs with the aim of developing software solutions for critical operational functions of complex industries such as Telecom and Aerospace.
The evolution of the group was fast. The quality of the products developed by the company allowed it to promptly supply important and renowned clients such as NASA, CERN, ESA and National Telecom Services.
Since the beginning that Critical’s geographic market has no boundaries. The first clients of the company were outside Portugal. Nowadays, Critical Group has truly worldwide presence.
Clearwater International has advised one of the group’s shareholders in selling his stake to the other shareholders.
