Clearwater International advises MML Capital Partners on its sale of Optionis Holdco Limited to Arkarius Group

Clearwater International has advised MML Capital Partners (MML) on its sale of Optionis Holdco Limited (Optionis) to Sovereign owned, Arkarius Group (Arkarius).

Trading under its brands Parasol and Clearsky, Optionis is a leading provider of accountancy and employment services to the UK’s flexible workforce. The company focuses on the practical needs of a business, offering intelligent and business-critical solutions, to enable a business to grow. MML invested in Optionis back in 2013, since then the company has completed 5 acquisitions and significantly improved its quality of earnings as it shifted focus towards a “Personal Service Company” offering.

Arkarius is a provider of outsourced accounting services including year-end accounts, corporation tax and quarterly VAT calculations.
