Clearwater International advises Findos Investor on acquisition of Tondeo from Procter & Gamble
Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to Findos Investor GmbH on the acquisition of Tondeo Werk GmbH from Procter &a Gamble Company / Wella AG.
With approximately 100 employees, Tondeo generated consolidated sales of €20m in 2006. Tondeo is a leading professional hairstylist tools manufacturer, focusing on the development, manufacturing and marketing of premium quality hair scissors, blades, razors, and small electrical appliances.
Wella AG is a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, an American multinational consumer goods company suppling a range of branded goods across the world.
