Clearwater International advises DK Automotive on sale of a majority stake to Schmolz + Bickenbach

Clearwater International acted as sole financial adviser to the shareholders of the German automotive supplier DK Automotive AG on their sale of a majority stake to German steel producer and distributor Schmolz + Bickenbach KG.

In this complex assignment, which involved the sale of DK Automotive‘s German, Austrian and Chinese businesses via the conduction of an international sales process, Clearwater International leveraged its international experience in both distressed and automotive M&A transactions.
