Clearwater International advises C&H Systems on its sale to Qubiqa
Clearwater International has advised C&H Systems (C&H), a Danish automation and robotics company, on its sale to Qubiqa, an automated packaging systems supplier.
Founded in 1966, C&H is a leading global turnkey supplier of heavy-duty automation handling and packaging solutions for various industries. It focuses primarily on serving its global customers in the manufacturing of building materials, Power-to-X conversion technology, as well as food and medical packaging materials.
C&H’s market position is built upon long-term relationships with several blue-chip end-users and through multidisciplinary competencies both in hardware and software design, positioning the company as a strong technical partner for its customers, with most of them spearheads in their specific industry.
