Clearwater International advises Adonia Medical Group on its sale to the sk:n Group
Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of Adonia Medical Group, on its sale to the sk:n Group, the largest network of specialist skin care clinics in the UK.
The Adonia Medical Group includes Courthouse Clinics, a chain of 11 clinics across the UK offering a wide range of anti-ageing aesthetic and wellbeing treatments including laser hair removal, anti-aging injections, skin rejuvenation and weight-loss products.
The transaction will enable the sk:n Group to increase its national footprint, extending its reach into new clinic locations as well as providing greater diversity through its enhanced portfolio of complementary services.
