As a founding Partner of Clearwater International France, I lead the international real estate team and the healthcare sector in France. Since the inception of the company I have completed over 80 transactions with clients who return to us time and time again, and not only rely on Clearwater for sound M&A advice, but trust us to take care of all their corporate issues.

In line with the values of Clearwater, I’m very considerate of the needs of my clients, their targets and their environment in order to find solutions which exceed their expectations.

I started my career at Vivendi (formerly Generale des Eaux) before setting up an advisory company (Auxiliaire de Finance) where I advised anglo-saxon funds in acquisitions of non-performing loan portfolios. I went on to join Close Brothers and developed the company as a MD and CEO. In 10 years, Close Brothers became a major player in the mid-market M&A segment with strong exposure in leisure, healthcare and real estate.
