I am a Director at Clearwater International, part of the Consumer and M&A team, having joined the firm in August 2023.
Prior to this, I previously worked at PwC Corporate Finance, gaining significant experience on sell-side and buy-side transactions, across a varied client base including owner-managed businesses, private equity, and corporate clients with transaction values ranging from £20m to £1bn+. During this, I worked with numerous clients such as Gymshark, Virgin Experience Days, Bourne Leisure, and loveholidays.
Whilst at PwC, I also qualified as a Chartered Accountant and beforehand, I obtained a First Class BSc (Hons) in Physiological Science from the University of Bristol.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients, building relationships, and facing the challenges that M&A brings on a daily basis.
