I am a Director at Clearwater International, based in the Manchester office.
Before joining Clearwater, I worked as a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, formerly known as GCA Altium, within the Business Services team, focusing mainly on the transportation and logistics sector. My recently completed deals include Cardinal Global Logistics’ transfer of control to an employee-owned trust (EOT) and the sale of Livingbridge-backed, Carousel Logistics to Axcel Partners.
Over the past eight years, I have completed a wide variety of deals for private equity and founder-owned businesses across a range of sectors such as the sale of Deep Sea Electronics to Caledonia Investments and the follow-on sale to Generac Power Systems.
I studied at the University of Leeds and received a first class honours degree in Accounting & Finance.
