I am a Director at Clearwater International, part of the M&A team in Germany, having joined the business in October 2023.

Prior to this, I worked at HSBC in Germany and Saudi Arabia, successfully advising on large and mid-cap, sell-side and buy-side, cross-border transactions that covered a variety of sectors such as industrials and chemicals. I started my career in corporate finance at Leonardo & Co. in Frankfurt, which is now a part of Houlihan Lokey, having gained an array of experience, especially in real estate transactions.

I hold an MSc equivalent degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mannheim, and I am business fluent in German, English, and Arabic.
